As far as converting the front end of a 95 Integra to have a 98+ Integra front end, I've always been told 2 different stories when it comes to the parts lists: Some people say you just need the front bumper and headlights, others say you need the fenders and hood additionally.

I'd like to know if I really do need the fenders and hood to successfully do this conversion.

 

Nope just headlights, Bumper, Brackets and your set for the front. You can get the side mirrors too if you like.
