jrsc with 6 psi .. fuel pump needed?

Default jrsc with 6 psi .. fuel pump needed?

gonna run a jrsc on my gsr motor.. gonna use the 6psi pulley that it comes with .
would i need to upgrade my fuel pump with just 6psi or will i be alright for now?

i have an eg hatch with stock dx fuel pump right now.

it will get tired real quick, and if it does you can lean out and blow the motor

It would be a good idea to run the proper fuel pump along with injectors & engine management such as crome, uberdata, hondata etc.

FMUS suck

Asking that on H-T is tricky because everyone is going to say something about real management or what's best etc. etc.


The truth is that the pump is NOT necessary. That's why it's only included in the boost upgrade kit.

But.... In typical H-T style, I'd suggest upgrading sometime in the future. It's just so cheap - like $85 on ebay for a walbro.

i didn't think it was needed for the 6psi pulley, but for higher than 6psi, then yeah.. i would think you would need one.

i will be getting one, just want to put the JRSC on already....

should have the fuel pump by next week, so i may just wait. i only have the 6psi pulley, so i can't go over 6psi ... yet.
