Default Need HELP on my B16a!!!

I just bought a 00 civic si b16a. I have AEM adjustable cam gears and i need some help with these. I need to set these cam gears and i have no idea what settings they need to be. THese are the mods i have on the car: edlelbrock intake manifold, aem short ram intake, aem fuel regulator, aem fuel filter, skunk 2 exhaust, greddy headers, unorthodox underdrive pulley, ngk spark plugs. I need help immediatly cuz it looks like the cam gear that is for the intake valve is advanced 5 degrees and exhaust 0 degrees (stock). Also if you can input me on wat else i need to buy to beef up the motor i would appreciate it. thanx yall.

Set them both at zero until you can get it to a dyno and get it tuned.

There should be a mark that says "0" right in the middle of all the other marks. Loosen the adjustment bolts and use a 14mm wrench to turn the cam, then properly torque down the adjustment bolts.

pull off ur valve cover, untighten ur cam gears with an allen key. then set both intake cam and exhaust to 0 using a huge openend wrench to move the cam

if you couldnt understand what he said-loosen the 3 small bolts on the gear, and move the big one in the middle to set the degree to the very middle and tighten the small ones when its in the middle. set the cams to top dead center to do this accurately. geez, maybe you shouldnt have the gears if you cant use them.
