ek OBD2 D16Y7 to a Jdm OBD1 B16. I need Harness help

Default ek OBD2 D16Y7 to a Jdm OBD1 B16. I need Harness help

Ok i have the jumper harness for the ecu but i guess that i have to join my new harness with my old harness and make a harness that will work on the b16 and work with vtec and all that jazz. does anyone know how to do this??? i need help cuz my car will be usless till i get the harness done.

wow ur doin the exact swap i did...use ur stock y7 harness and extend some wires and add some wires to the ecu..make sure u switch ur dizzy to OBD1...u can use ur stock y7 injectors but you would need a 99-00 Si alt wit a new belt...wut ecu are u using?

i just did the same swap exactly you can use you stock wiring harness and even the ecu for the time being the jumper harness just allows the obdII system to be converted to obdI the vtec needs to be pinned to the ecu and the iac valve need to be wired as well the distributor needs to be either obdI or II just reuse the plug off the y7 dizzy the colors match up easy fix you should be able to join the jumper harness to the stock harness and the car will fire. good luck

i have the jdm P30 ecu and i have a conevertion harness that is an OBD 2a-1. well my friend is telling me that both the harnesses need to be redone together as one or something. is it really that super complicated?
