question about capadible suspensions

Default question about capadible suspensions

aftermarket full coilover systems such as tanabe, zeal, tein, JIC, ect. is the DC2 type-r
capadible with the eg/eh suspension ?

The type-r uses a box-style lower mount in the rear, which is different from all the other EG/DC2's, so the companies usually make a model with that style lower mount specifically. If you have a set designed for the ITR but have an EG chassis, then you'd have to switch out your lca's for the ITR's lca's, or switch out the lower mounts for regular EG fork-style lower mounts to match your existing lca's.
And its spelled "compatible".
