well I have been making some progress the last couple of weeks and i feel i've made some great purchases, including a set of smoked corners that came from DONUT and a fully polished set of 16" rota slips. most people don't like the color but i really like it, i didn't choose for it to be this color but it came like this, Don't hate to hard on my fender and door, i have the paint for it but i've yet to find the time to spray it, Lemme know what you think. I've caught a lot of crap about my tag but oh well i like it, also i'm trying to get a OEM carbon fiber hood since the engine swap won't allow the hood to line up correctly. anyway anyone know how to get the hood to close better? i know this isn't technical enough for this forum, i didn't realize that this needed to be in the cosmetic forum.

Nice....But I'm not feelin the hood and there is no tech in this post You should post in the apperence forum.

 

Nice car that hood doesnt appear that it fits all that great. The corners look awsome...I also like the look of the full polished look of slips


This should be in Apperance/Cosmetic btw.

ok first off wheres the tech in this? I cant find it.

On a side note, I wouldent paint my car that purple it looks good dont get me wrong I like it from a looks stand paint, but I wouldent paint my car thats all I like blue.

The smoked courners are a step up from the stock ones but I would have gone for the clear ones, like my sol has from the factory. With the glass amber inside but to each his own, looking good stick with it and get those parts painted asap it looks like *** two toned.

the painted side looks clean, and the polished slips are very delicious... paint the other side

 

nope i think a girl had it painted before i got it, when i took the car to the paint store to let them put the camera on it for the paint code it came back some ford color, oh well, the paint job was done really well all jambs and core support, i just have to paint the fender, door, and engine bay.
