Is there a way to make my own Datalogging cable for the serial port? So I don't have to buy anythin
I want to datalog using uberdata, do I have to buy the Max232 adapter or can i make my own for the serial port? Are there other ways to get this thing to work other than buying **** off line? What cables are you guys using? Do you use the techedge wideband? How do you hook it up to datalong in uberdata?
Max232 or some kind of RTP board required for serial use, USB cable with some kind of convertor for USB use
I was using the Max232 with a simple serial cable, worked great
Wideband datalogging requires you to disable the o2 sensor within Uberdata. The wideband will privde different voltage readings than a stock o2, and the ecu will ignore it, however still allow it to pass through-to the datalogging port you install
