Default Difference between carburetor fuel filters and EFI fuel filters??

I noticed a few people using the earl's inline fuel filter (blue one) When I looked it up I saw that they only make those types for carburetor systems, not EFI. I was wondering what the difference was, since the car I saw it on was an Integra and a Civic, both EFI. any help would be appreciated...Thank you in advance

where did you see this? got any pics?

technically they shouldnt be on there. if they are for carbs they are made for low pressure. i saw ads for them and they didnt specify EFI or carb.
