del Sol Windows won't go down

del Sol Windows won't go down
I've checked the fuses under the dash, and they all seem to be fine. I've toggle the window lock a few times, and have tried the windows, but nothing. When I push the button to the windows, the only thing that happens is a clicking occurs inside the dash behind the radio. Does anybody have any suggestions?
