Default HELP ASAP! Axle fitment question......

I need an answer asap...

I got a b16a2, new passenger axle, car is in neutral.

Seems like the axle I got, the end is too small. I put in the new axle, and the side I stick into the tranny doesnt seem to grip--makes clicking noises like its losing grip (axle is in perfect working condition).

**Shouldnt the axle pop in there, and be REAL snug, like 2 gears that are meant to work with each other?**

It could very well be that the store gave me an axle for a different car.

Anyone??

Not too sure about your situation, but when I changed out my axle last week, it was a real snug fit on both ends. There shouldn't be any play at all.
