My b16 head knock?

Default My b16 head knock?

How do i stop my b16 head from knocking? and what could be the cause of it?

Just ask it nicely.

Is it knocking or ticking? Try a valve adjustment and work from there.

k, but what could be the cause? could over reving be one?

can i still drive with head the head knock or should i just leave it alone until i get the valve adjustment?

yeah like Deemeetree said do a valve adjustment, i'm guessing it knocks when the engine is cold and warm?

yea but i have to get to work ... if i drive normaly it would be ok right? I can't get a valve job right away i need time off........

It's ok to drive normally while the head is "ticking". But get that fix...valve adjustment!
