I recentley purchased and installed a set of apexi world sport coilovers. When I initilaly installed them the ride was quite nice and smooth even on bumby roads, actually it was preaty close to a stock ride. I then decided to lowwer the front as much as possible and dropped the rear a little more, now the ride is ridiculously stiff, on bad roads I can't go faster than 30. These coilovers do not have adjustable dampening just adjustable ride hieght. Is the increase in stiffness normal when there is an increase in the drop or did I do something wrong when lowwering them?

It's pretty normal, when you go that low shock travel decreases and it's going to be harder for the shock to dampen.
