Headers

are the jdm itr 4-1 headers really worth the 360$ or should i go with some others any suggestions? also if i got the jdm itr headers would i really need the heatshield?

worth the money and i dont think u need to have the heat sheild ! but

for the header

also i know its made for a b18 so it will hang low but i have stock suspension so i dont think this should be a big problem? as long as i drive half way decent right?
