Just got title to my bros 99'Civic. What can I do to the headlights and fogs (HID??)
My little bro died while in the Navy and I just got his stock 99' Civic. Its in primo shape, but no pimping at all on it. What are my options on HID lamps for the headlights and fogs? It currently does not have any foglamps, so I can only assume there will be some more assembly required. Any suggestions, links, or gerneral advice would be highly appreciated!!
My intention is to make this car what he would have wanted it to be. I will just take my time insuring everything is done right.

You can find some decent HID kits on ebay. Different assortments of colors and all that. As for foglights id go with the OEM fogs. They're pimp
