I thought yesterday was going to suck after it started to drizzle while i started washing my car (isn't that how it always happens) well, it finally cleaned up after running some errands, one thing led to another and i realized i haven't waxed it in...well...forever! Anywhooooo, my brother suggested extremely large machine polisher (which can take paint off pretty quickly! and did a little on one of my plastic mirrors!) and machine polished the whole thing, which got it pretty glassy, then went back and waxed her. I did one side each day (thats how long it took!) but she's finally done.

When i finished the drivers side today i decided to hand wax the bike (hey why not! the bike needs some lovin too!) Of course you knew my camera was out having a little fun. soo........

gsr: 11.6 b18c block /b17 head, all new oem gaskets / bearings / rings, supertechvalves, valvesprings, retainers, stage2 cams, and those bolt on thingies

ninja: muzzy exhaust on way (finally!) uni filter and jet kit (awaitin install w/ exhaust), polished swingarm / lips, -1tooth, new 208s, +4 ignition advancer, Goodridge SS lines, GSXR1000 6piston calipers, and one lightweight rider enjoy the pics!

 

the new bike looks dope dan, we'll have to go riding this summer i'm getting an rr in the next couple weeks

thanks, yea i'll try to keep this one around...but she does need to go on a diet! I sat on an 05 zx6r and it seemed like a moped after riding around my zx6 all day.

a 4-1 exhaust and removal of the center stand sounds like a good way to start a diet.

 

if the guy on ebay is cool enough to return a call then a muzzy shoudl be on the way and centerstand is comin off too!

my first bike was a 95 zx6e, fun bike. doesn't dropping the center stand off the bike and swapping out the exhaust drop 20lbs or something.
