Does ECU pin A22 have any output?

Does ECU pin A22 have any output?
Hey,
I am trying to trouble shoot my recent J&S install. When it is hooked up there is no spark so I have been comparing the ECU pinout for my '95 GSR motor with those of the '92 Civic DX chassis. The Civic shows A21 (the ICM) and A22 being the same, but the integra has A22 listed as empty. Could someone clear this up for me?
