Default I need help with my brake lights

I have a 1987 Honda Accord LXi FI, my brake lights stay on even when I am not stepping on brakes. Also it seems like if they turn on by themselves. Last night before I went in my house I double check if the lights were on and they were not but this morning I woke up and my lights are on, I cant turn them off, I keep stepping on the brakes and they wont shut off. How can I fix this?

Thanks,

look on the brake pedal under dask there should be a little rubber stopper where the brake switch is, make sure it is not badly worn or totally gone

I look behind the brake pedal and I see a lil rubber button. The button seems fine, I push it and my light still wont turn off, any suggestions? Who can fix this? mechanic or electrician?

Thanks,
