I am going to be getting new mirrors for my 99 Civic coupe and I have chose Spoon or Vision, I know they are similar and the price is close but I just wanted to know what you people think.

If you look at the Vision (The ones on the car) and the Spoon you can see that it has a little bit different shape at the bottom near the base of the mirror and the Spoon ones look a little bit smaller.

And look at the gap between the base and the pillar with the Vision ones, I dont know why its like that.

I guess I will just get the Spoon ones, They are not that much more than the vision ones.

 

vision makes the spoon mirrors. back in the day the only difference was a gasket around the mirror glass.

Than why isnt the Spoon ones listed as Vision? And why do the Spoon ones look smaller?

they are the same, but if you have the money to spend id say go with the spoon, no reason, purely just for the name

oh and a little warning, if you enjoy what your seeing in your stock mirrors these are gonna be nothing like that. the visual you get is like half than stock

Go with vision, it seems alittle easier to see out of. Plus it's less money.

vision is a replica but prices are similar..

 

the CF weave in the spoon mirrors is alot smaller than the vision ones.. thats the only differance
