Sand Blast, Glass Peened, Abrasive.. ect how to strip black paint off my block???

I Have a re-sleeved block and it was painted with a high temp/Strong paint the color black. Not really feelin it. I want the original cleanliness of the oem cast/aluminum color. how can I achieve this??

I used that on my last block it really did not get the job done. What about hot tank will this give results of the new block look?
Dude what I use to clean my block is brake cleaner airline remover is to much of a pain and if it gets on you man your gonna be sorry because it BURNS just get a can of Brake Cleaner spray it all over the block whipe it off with a shop rago r just hose it down keeps my block all shiny

I don't think that'll get high temp paint off.
If it's still a bare block, I would find someone who "media" blasts. It's like small plastic pellets that can take off paint and finishes without damaging the base material.

if the motor is still out of the car get it shot blasted and then get some very very light wet and dry to give it the new look. Must be careful where all the debry from shot blasting goes, don't want it in the motor!!!
Its hard to get that paint off man, whatever you use it has to be abrasive, can't use solvents as the paint is too tough.

where do i get media/shot blast done and can i just hot tank it to clean all the debre
yeh you can hot tank it to clean it after, you can get it shot blasted from an alloy wheel refurbing place, they usually shot blast the powder coating off wheels before they re-coat them.

it may seem like it doesnt work too well...but if aircraft remover a lone sint getting the job done..hit it with a pressure washer..i did that with my engine bay that was painted over numberous times..whatever the aircraft reover didnt take off the pressure washer did..esp in those ahrd to get areas.
