Default 90-93 integra brake swap into 96-98 civic

Hey guys, i was wondering if its possible to swap the rear brakes from a 91-93..(not sure about the years but the DA's) integra, onto a 96-98 civic hatch/coupe? or will there need to be some changing of the parts? like on the trailing arm on the front not where the rotor is but the front where it has that camber arm and on top of the rotor that other arm needs to be changed? also would the front disc work for a conversion also?
