Almost, no mention is made about pulling out the oil control jet from the non-vtec block. It's a very easy step to over look.

I always thought a "mini-me" was a non-vtec block with a vtec head. http://crx.honda-perf.org/arti...html
I thought the magic was in the camshaft and valves...not the block.
