i'd really like to point out that dc2 and dc5 are chassis codes, not engines. i understand what you mean, but you sound like an idiot, just trying to save you from yourself. the engines you are thinking of are b18's out of dc2's and k20's out of dc5's. the b18's are a direct fit, k20's take a lot of work and money, not worth it imo

yea my bad, da b18 will fit but i kinda wanna get da k20a but da engines is pretty big, i would prob hav to make sum extra space in it and can i posibly fit an extra turbo on it or will there run out of room, also how much would it cost to do a wheel base conversion (or wat ever its call im new to da car stuff, it da lugs, u no how da civic got 4, i want it to be a 5 for it to handle da engine)it prob could handle but i jus want it for da type r jdm stock rims.
the k20 are better engines then the the b18c5 b/c they there's more displacement and they weigh about 25 lbs less. it can be done with hasport mounts, it will sit 3 inches further back then a b18 would in your bay
dis is wat i will be needing right

k20's weight slightly more than bseries motors, nothing significant, also if you want displacement go with a b20 block, k20's in eg's are stupid imo, i guess some people have that kind of money to throw at their car but i sure don't, and i don't think i would if i had it. i think most people do it to stand out, its new and different and thats cool, but for performance, b's are just as good and easier/cheaper
