Default 5th gen Transformation...from rice to....rice?

since i know homuch h-t loves progress pics, well don't say i never gave you anything.

well when i bought this hatch a few years ago, what a surprise...i was into kits and and big rims and everything shaved , so it looked like this:

then some intelligent 17 year old decided it was a good idea to change lanes without checking blind spots, so then i have this aerodynamic fender and stock bumper with painted grills:

then i got bit by a certain bug, and started finding this look distasteful, and wanted less attention and something more clean. so the work began:

now MANY months later and with LOTS of sacrifice and hard work, i am finaly close to the final point (btw, this is the same smashed fender):

but as you can see, it still needs a little more...rims (dunno what i want yet), exhaust (got one, just gotta put it on), new wiper arms and metal strips under side windows, wahs and buff (just got painted 2 days ago), etc.

so what yall think, i am ecstatic with the results and overall end look, if some of you don't like it, it's ok...i will still love you

yes of course, lol....but i think i might keep the rims for the track...they are light as hell, however they may not fit over my brake upgrade (once i finaly get it done).

The new blue is looking good.

To the transformation instead of just selling it and starting over.

i don't care, lol....i live in a somewhat small city, lol...and i know everyone on here that is from this city, plus...it's not like they can't see my plates on the road

really appreciate that....most people were telling me i was crazy or dumb and that i should just by another one...but what's the fun in that..there's no sentimental value either, it's just a car at that point.

with alot....Alot....ALOT of patience!! basicaly we chizzled and grinded till all the bondo was out, then we welded up the holes for the moulding clips, then smoothed it out and voila!!

not really..haven't had much extra cash to put towards motor, next year there will be some boost probably. all i did this year was get rid of that gay blue valve cover and paint it wrinkle black, and got a new air filter and a yellow top battery, that's about it.
