Default Valve adjustment after car accident?

As some of you might know i got into an accident 2 weeks back.

When my car gets repaired will i need a new valve adjustment done?

Since i had a front end crash, will the crash throw the valve specs off?

wait til you drive the car. if you hear weird ticking, then yes you need one. when i had a front end collision with my R, there was no need for a valve adjustment

I think your valve lash specs is the least of your worries if you just had a front end accident....I would be more concerned on how the car maneuvers and handles....

it shouldnt throw the valve off at all. but a valve job is simple enough, wouldnt you like to do that anyways?

Jef<-- who adjusts his valves every couple months and thinks he might be wierd

you rnot asking the creator right?

if your car makes a ticking noise WHILE the car is ON, then valve adjustment is needed.

if the car makes a ticking noise while its OFF, then its just your exhaust system being really hot.
