Default Difference between sedan one-piece headlights and hatchback one-piece headlights?

OK my friend in Delaware has a set of one-piece headlights for his 88 civic sedan but now he wants to sell them cause he changed his mind about them. Will they fit on my 88 dx hatch or will I have to modify them somehow to get them to fit?

The inner side is flatter I believe. And they are longer. You would have to cut your usdm hood.
