Hi. Back in 2002, I picked up a 2000 Si in excellent condition from a Honda dealership. Had 36k miles on it, so I'm pretty sure the guy just traded it in because his warrenty was up. Anyway, nice thing about having a car unmodified and in good condition is you can keep track of the stages it went through. I was looking through some old pictures and figure'd i'd post up some of the stages it went through. It really looked the same for most of it's life, but here goes.

When I first got it. At this point, Skunk2 Coilovers, CAI, and a muffler.


This shoot was done after some basic bolt-ons, new wheels, new exhaust.




At the track in NA form, the car ran a best of 14.4@95mph. Better tuning came later, could have gotten times lower.


Engine bay shot of the NA setup.


Now comes the boost. SC61, Lovefab, Precision IC, Tial, etc. etc.






Lastly, the engine shot of the turbo setup.


Damn I miss this car a lot. It was most fun in NA form, super responsive and surprisingly torquey for a b16.

I keep in touch with the guy that bought the car. He's had some pretty good results at the track, on 7psi he did a 13.2@108 and on 12psi he did 13.0@116mph. Obviously the ET needs to come down but plenty of potential.

Thanks for the compliments. I sold the car last summer to help pay for college. Ya i regret it, shoulda just stayed dumb.
