Default Pulling my head. Need average machine shop costs.

Ok i just pulled the crappy obx cams out. As expected they wore my rocker arms. I got lucky and a person saw the obx cam thread and told me he had a set of rockers already machined for crower valvetrain. I have crower stage 2 cams, crower valvetrain, and the rockers sitting next to me. I decided im gonna pull the head and bring it to a machine shop bc i dont wanna mess with the rockers and valvetrain. Does anyone know the average cost for: Head mill .030, new valve seals, and installing my valvetrain and rockers. One last question should i pull the head with the intake mani on or off?

Taking the IM off makes it easier, but it's not neccessary. Do it if you have time...

I paid $600 to have my H23 head rebuilt as far as new OEM valves, installation, complete gasket set, head milled and cleaned.
