Well, what exactly is it you'd like to know? A certain brand that you're looking into or something?
The problem with springrate ratings is that most replacement springs are progressive, and therefore can be reported differently by different sources.

You're probably referring to this:

I created that thing so long ago. I don't even know if it's still applicable.

Personal preference-wise, I cannot stand driving on progressive-rate springs in the front. It makes the car feel like mush, but it does have the advantage of not unsettling the car so much when you hit bumps while daily driving, even if you are driving a little hard. Holes and dips are the same for either. They suck.
You'll never be happy until you get a set of fully-adjustable coilover assy's. I went through the same thing three years ago. Now I have Tein Type RE's and ITR springs/shocks....couldn't be happier and I haven't changed the set up (excepting spring rates on RE's) in the last two and half years.

Well, one list was for civics, and the other is for integras, so they will be different. Since I'm assuming you're looking for your integra, I'd go with the team integra list; and use it as a 'this is stiffer than that' rather than a hard and fast number. If you want a specific springrate, go with GC sleves.
Progressive rate springs have verying rates as they compress. This allows a softer tuned ride by having a low initial rate that increases as the spring compresses. That way it's not a stiff jolt on potholes or other irregularities.
