Oil and filters-95 Accord EX Vtec

have always used cheap filters and oil...should I?...been doing some reading....flip,flopping on what to do....new to the forum, never done this....pretty cool

as long as you change every 3000-4000 miles, you're ok...anything longer & cheap oil will start to breakdown/leave varnish/sludge/etc.

i've heard fram filters suck; the walmart supertech filters are much better than fram & it cost $2.07 each around my area.
