when i smash the gas and down shift it it so loud as hell and when it its the shift lights it seems to want to bogg out or die it didnt do it before i ran over a dead dog that was lying in the road,DO ASK!!! it seems to start to run funny its only throwing tps code it throw it before and it ran fine use to chrip 2 lil bit of 3 now it wont any ideals on what this could be cause this is starting to **** me off becuase i was betaen by dual point dx....

dont ask bout the dog deal,,lol it just seems to bogg down when i get in high rpms when i take off from 5k it wont spin them anymore and wont chrip 2 gear i cant figure it out like i said its only throwing 1 code which is tps but it threw that code when i put the motor in and it run fine.after i hit that damn dog seems like ever thing went down hill

 

you should definitely fix that tps thing, though.

but is your downpipe dented? oil pan could be, too, but it wouldn't slow you down, just restrict oil.

i think (without seeing your car) that your downpipe is dented and it's choking off your exhaust.

 

I would start checking the obvious things...what does it take to produce power? 1)air 2)fuel 3)spark....when running the dog over maybe he crushed a fuel line, restricting fuel? i would just check it all over...make sure ur fuel filter is changed, air filter is clean, all the basic stuff...sometimes freak things happen out of no where, and it seems like they happened because of something (ie a dog in ur case) hope i helped

hell yea becuse i cant figure this **** out i live in deland but i can take it to deltona also which ever is closer to any of yall,if the fuel lines dont run under the car it wouldnt be dented a lil bit my oil pan is fine down pipe looks ok too.i know it cant be the tps cause it didnt run like this before i hit the dog.

 

fix the tps dude and then start huntin for other problems

 

ok i have tried to fix the tps i think it shot cuase it wont show 5v or 4.5 im going to get a good si harness and try it again cause i might have an open wire,but it run fine with the tps like that,now it runs worst?
