Default Suspension Bushings on 95 GSR

I have a 95 GSR 2DR. Its my daily driver and I dont auto x it, just drag race it. Ive noticed my stock bushings look really wore out. So I was going to buy a Energy suspension kit but I was looking for some opinions on this before I bought it. I did some researching and found little about the differences between the Energy Kit and the Prothane kit. Could someone give me some advice whether I should just leave the stock bushings or upgrade to something like the energy kit. Thanks for your advice.

The urethane bushings will definately be stiffer.. you may not even notice it though. Also if it's not lubed properly it will squeek like hell...

just replace them with OEM rubber bushings

www.hondaautomotiveparts.com (they have a $5 handling charge on every order)
or
www.slhondaparts.com (prices are slightly higher, but no handling charge).

Sometimes it's cheaper to purchase whole new arms. Remember, you also have to pay somebody to press them out & in. I was charged $10 per bushing to have them pressed out & in here in Vegas. Since the rear LCAs have 3 bushings, it's probably quite a bit cheaper to just buy new OEM LCAs.

PS: Don't buy those shitty aftermarket aluminum ones. They suck *****, and are not designed properly...

***edit***
If you want to replace your trailing arm bushings, Honda now sells them separatly. You will need to order them by part number directly though. There is no way to look them up by vehicle. Here is a really good article about Trailing Arm bushings (click here). It has the part numbers and instructions to make sure you order the correct ones. It also explains the proper way to have them isntalled on a lowered car...

Well, where can I get the bushings from Honda? I know mugen sells a kit but its like $440 for the whole set. 4X times the cost of the energy kit. Would the honda kit be just fine?

if it's the shock mount bushing, you can get it from honda.. be warned though they are like $25.00 each.
