These seats are authentic Kevlar/Carbon weave. Super light but not flimsy like MemoryFab S68's. They are wrapped in all black cloth similar to S68's, but more resistant to wear and lint. When I special ordered these seats in from Japan, they were the last ones available and as far as the manufacturer is concerned there will be no-more available.
