Default n/a or fi

whats up, this is my first time posting in this forum, i have a few questions. I curently just saved some money for some mods, i already have the basics i/h/e/p.
I am going to start modding with better things now and i am trying to decide to go supercharged or just add some cams and v-afc and valvetrian, i am hoping to make around 190's whp. I curently have a auto transmission in the car but im doing the 5spd swap within the next 3 months. Which would be a better and safer route to go through?? if i went with a supercharger would i have to do alot to the engine or can i just run the supercharger on the stock internals?? I also recently read about skunk2's having high ramp speeds or something like that, can some one explain please what that means?? Is it good or bad??

thanks
