Default H22; Auto to H23 Manual Tensioner Help

I just did the auto to manual tining belt tensioner conversion, and I noticed that the Tining belt tensioner and the balancer belt roller pulley? (dont know the name) are going to rub together, and I know this isnt good. The thing is that I have the balancing shafts removed and I dont need that on there, and I was wondering if I could just make some kind of spacer to replace that roller pulley, if not, what can I do to resolve this, washers maybe? thanks guy's.

Go through the thread on collectiveracing.net.

It gives the part # for the 3mm washer you're supposed to use.

If you go on PO 71dsp has a pict of a spacer he made to remove the balancer belt pulley. Just space it out with washers it basically is just a spacer now or do like he did and get/make a spacer. i left my balancer belt on and spaced it with washers and it has been working fine just make sure that they are not tool big and limit the travel up and down of the timing belt pulley.

I had the same problem, but I ordered the h23 part where you don't need the washer. It only rubs when I rotate the engine counter clockwise, if I go clockwise its fine.
