Default To SeaFoam or NOt to seafoam!! please help

1995 Prelude Vtec
132K on the odo

Runs pretty well but there is a little bog between 3k and 4k rpms

its got a few respectable mods which include apexi intake, 2.25 exhaust, shitty 4-2-1 header0 JUN flywheel, exedy clutch, and some nice susp (not that it matters)

i ran a 14.9 at the track with a 2.28 60ft.. I think the car can be faster

I want to run seafoam b4 my next oil change...

What is the safest way to put it in? if any!

I DO NOT want my car to blow up/ have problems the next day with COMPRESSION..

can i pour a little in and seee how it works?

any insight would be appreciated
