Best way to clean stock DX wheels
Im looking into making my stock wheels look a little nicer, the years have taken their toll on them. Would wet sanding be a good idea? And if I did that, could I rattle can them after with a low gloss silver?
Want to retain the stock look, but stock AND new.
Nicer, not Ricer.
Dont ask why I said it, its catchy

Sounds like a good idea, why don't you try it? Worst that can happen is you have to try again.

scuff them up with a red scotch brite pad, wash them really well with some lemon joy to remove any grease and grime, and respray them with duplicolor silver wheel paint, they will look as good as new
