Anyone using Tanabe springs?
I expected them to be a lil' costly, but finding them a bit cheaper than H&R springs. I'm liking the 1.3 drop with the NF series.
Any helpful feedback would be greatly appreciated.
BTW, for a 97 Civic Sedan.

i had DF210's on my DC on Blue's.. they were good quality (not stiff enough for me though).. i'm goin to get GF's on illumina's for my DA tho... TANABE gets the
from me on quality go with the NF's if you want almost a stock ride and 1.3 in is enough of a drop for you

ok here goes..
i had df210 (maximum drop ones) on my ek civic hatch
rear end dropped fine.. about 50mm
front end.. WTF? it dropped like 20mm
(and YES they were fitted correctly)
sent a number of emails to Tanabe asking why?, got some replies, they never really answered my question...
could it be my set of springs went wrong during manufacture?
sorry if u didnt want to hear this.
p.s. i kept rear tanabe springs on and replaced the front with -50mm springs(temporary)
if u want handling, dont purchase these springs.. soft as hell.
and i paid way too much for these springs £150

same thing happend to me on my 2005 civic coupe...the rear has like 1 finger gap and the front has like 2-3 finger gap...wierd....im waiting for it to settle before anything and i try parking facing forward on a slope lol...these springs werent meant for the handling anyway...they were the "Dress up " ones for maximum lowering and a lil handing....the GF ones were meant for being tight....i paid 130$ usd i dunno how much is that in watever u quoted above

At the time of purchasing i did not realize they were made for comfort, tanabe is stupid for making the "maximum drop" springs the "softest" springs. and thats really f%$^ed up how the front end sits high ....
p.s. £150 is about 300 US dollars
