Just in JDM front Integra gets hit... =(

Today, around 4:30 pm i decided to return my WAY over due book at the library. so i pull in front of the libray, i was behind a Red VW Jetta and a big blue van was behind me, right on my ***! The Girl (newbie driver) in the VW dropped her mom off at the library and then begins to back up for no damn reason. so i see her back up, i try to reverse back but i couldn't ,the van honks the horn then the VW girl freaks out then taps on her gas thinkin it was brake then hits me at like 15- 20 Km/h. end result her car is near perfect, only 2 small scratches.

its not really that bar. the rad support is bent and the bumper support is bent
tell me what you think and how much it would cost to fix

if the rad support and bumper support is bent, there might be some frame damage. which can be a hefty amount
