Default to build or not to build that is the question

I have a 95 prelude se and its an automatic. because its an automatic im having trouble deciding if i want to spend my time and money building the motor. I've read the posts and decided to build an all motor, but because its an automatic i might get mixed results. my friends tell me not to over do it. but my motto is go big or go home. so should i build my car or not? any suggestions will help

Why not start with auto to 5speed swap

If you're truly going all-out then there's no option other than switching to a 5-speed.

another vote for 5 speed swap.

that alone will be alot faster than alot of $$$ spent on NA mods.

With all the labor and parts... a 5spd swap should run anywhere from $2-4k

of course that pricing means doing none of the labor yourself.

doing some of the work yourself would save a lot of money.

If I were you, I would buy a 5spd Prelude and go from there. The swap will cost as much as a 4th Gen 5 spd.
