You'd be better off just finding another civic for the amount of time, effort and money your going to invest trying to fix that.

I have a whole car.. same thing happened but on my passenger side so my driver's side is still good...You can have the rest of the car for free.. (no interiror, no suspension.. SHELL only) if you can get it out of my driveway
