I'm pretty sure that one will run off a regular 110v wall outlet. I saw one at the welding store the other day and couldn't believe how small it was!

i have the 150STL. I wish the one with HF was out when I bought mine since I'm not a huge fan of lift-arc.

I also an not a fan of the fingertip control, but you can buy a foot control from Miller for around $140. I can see using the fingertip control when working in awkward positions.

It is obviously not the welder for you if you need to weld Al, or if you are working with thick material, but for exhaust manifolds, cages, suspension bits, etc. It's a nice welding machine. The price point is great for someone starting out, like me or for a hobbyist.

It only runs on DC.
I'm using one at home running on 230 right now, it can also run on 110. If i can go back, I would get something else. It's a nice machine to start out with, but that all it's good for, to start out with. I hate the lift-arc, the finger control suck really bad so I had to get the pedal, which was another $200.
