Default OBD 0 to OBD 1 harness conversion

If I want to swap in a obd 1 b16 into my 90 crx si this is all I need right? http://www.rywire.com/sitob161.shtml . On the jumper harness what is the small black harnesses for? Seems like they connect to vtec controller or something. If I already have the obd 1 dizzy, will I still need the dizzy conversion harness?

Yes, that harness package takes care of nearly all of your wiring. All thats left is the obd1 injector (need to be wired) you can send in your harness for that.

If you want to use a obd1 map sensor, and purge, you simply extend the wires from your firewall harness. You can use the ef firewall ones also if you like.

So i don't need the dizzy adapter? Is it true I need to dent the chassis when dropping in the motor? I read this on ef-honda.com

yes you would need the distributor conversion harness to connect your obd1 dizzy to the obd0 car. Looks like its included in teh whole package for (190). The sub harness is the extra wires you need to run for the obd1 o2 sensor, your vtec wires, knock sensor, etc

yes you need to dent in your frame rail to make some breathing room for the alternator pulley.
