I am done with my H22 swap and the motor starts right up, but I have some issues. First off the fan stays on no matter what. I have swapped the ecu with my old Accord one to see if it was the ecu that was doing it but it doesn't matter it still stays on.

As far as CEL codes go I have gotten 10, 14, 22. I don't want to go out and buy a new sensor if I don't have to so I figure I will ask you guys where I should start in terms of trouble shooting. Also when I rev the car it seems like the timing is being retarded or a rev limiter is kicking in, it cuts in and out. Any help you guys have would be greatly appreciated I need to get this car moving again.
