one of my bulbs are out in the cluster, but as far as how the cluster gives it's amber color.... is the the BULB itself or is the actual cluster? Some people tell me it's the bulb, some say it's the cluster... which one is it?

Just pull out the cluster and see. Its reaally easy.

sweet... so i could just go to autozone or whatever and get a replacement bulb and it'll look exactly the same? since it IS the cluster.... would getting a brighter, like those hyper white ones for example, make it light up more amber?

 

not sure about all that but if you replace one do them all or it will be brighter where the new bulb is

The gauge faces filter the light to be amber. You can replace the bulb. No, it won't be brighter since the other bulbs don't have the blue condoms which dims the light. Only USDM clusters come with the blue condoms on the bulbs.
