bulbs in jdm non-hid high beams?

bulbs in jdm non-hid high beams?
anyone know what kinda bulbs these are?? i went to take a look at them and call me stuipd but.. it looks weird as hell. these are the ones that are in the high beams

Maybe no one else has noticed this before but each bulb type is embossed on the glass at the bottom of each individual light on JDM lights.
H1 for Hi beams
H3 for Fog lights
HB4 for Lo beams (9006)
H1 for Hi beams
H3 for Fog lights
HB4 for Lo beams (9006)
