More Power???

I have a D15B in my 92' civic vx hatchback. My friend says i can get more power out of it if I add an ECU and header from a 96'+ Civic EX. Is this true, and would it be worth it?

no, too much trouble for very little to no power at all mod.

why?

You have to convert to OBD2 just for an ECU and header(jumper harness and whatnot) ... wow, GG
