Type R swap in florida????
I have a 1994 integra rs and I am looking to buy a b18c5 or b18c1 full swap. I have been shopping all around for the motor and where to get it installed. Does any one have any suggestions where to go for a motor that is cheap but in really great condition and where to go to get it installed. I live in Plantation, Florida, so if anyone can help on any one of these topics, I would be very thankfull.
Thanks.
Thanks.
everyone i know gets their motors from here.

I sold mine (a US market B18C5) for $4000 and I've seen many others sell for similar prices. You just have to know where to look.

Start with the Honda-Tech Marketplace.
By the way, if you need someone to install it I'd be willing to drive down and take care of it for you. I'm not expensive. But please get a suitable ECU for the motor beforehand (For example a P28 with an ITR program installed).

how much would you charge to install everything?plus i am lookin for the 5 lug conversion but that can come later on.also, where would you install it, i dont have a garage?
There are plenty of shops in the Tampa area.
The best is probably LHT, check out the Florida meet thread in the ITR forum. They did a swap for me, the results are amazing, by far the cleanest swaps around, they also have a website with prices ect. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I went to the meet today for about 20mins, and some of the cars they have are spotless.
There is also Racing Intergration, from what I have heard they are good, farily cheap prices aswell. Colin, the owner, did a timing belt/water pump ect and no problems so far, cost me $350 including parts.
Also XAT, have a site aswell, although their facilities don't look that great, they have Toyota tech there, Ryan, did lots of work on my MR'2s, very very good, not sure about Honda work though.
Thats just a few, there are a lot of people on here in the Tampa area.
Just remember, you get what you pay for.
