Default pr3 o2 sensor question

did ALOT of searching but couldnt quite find my answer.
set-up: civic si, pr3, b18c1, skunk2 im
issue: car runs extremely rich
finds: one 1-wire o2 sensor in the exhaust manifold o2 bung near the cat (and it was loose too)
question: can i make the single 1-wire o2 work in this location or would i need to wire in a 4-wire OR do i need to first find a 1st gen b16 exhaust manifold?

PR3 ECU runs best with the dual 02 sensor setup. Do a search for it, there's a good pic on here that shows exactly where to get the bungs welded into a non-stock manifold.
