i am pulling codes 10 and 14 with an obd1 conversion.

i am honestly lost as to where to start with this, i have searched the site but found nothing.

auto to manual conversion, converted to a p28 with uberdata with proper harness and pull those codes and idle is about 1500 rpm's all the time with about a 200 rpm surge. i am going to try another p28 and see if it still does this.
