Default 5 lug conversion question

Can you run S2000 rims/tires with a typical 5-lug conversion on a Civic?

Reason I'm asking is because the rear S2000 rims are wider than the front

Yeah I was searching the ITR forum and they said you have to use 4 front S2K rims on an ITR...

so I figure it would be the same for a civic with a 5 lug conversion, since its from an ITR too.

But why?

Do the rear wheels just stick out too far or what?
